Are you insured or bonded?

Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Services has very high liability coverage to make sure you are protected. Your homes as well as our team members are covered as well. We also are bonded to provide additional coverage to you. Please feel free to contact us for a copy of our insurance & bond certificates.

Do I need to be there when you clean?

It is up to you if you would like to be home during your cleaning. Many of our Kunevich & Lau Cleaning service customers prefer us to give us a key, or you can leave a key in a secure place, which will be returned at the end of the cleaning. If you have an alarm system you can either provide the code to us or leave it off prior to the cleaning. 

Are your team members legal working citizens?

Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Services only hires U.S citizens with valid Social Security numbers who all pay taxes. Kunevich & Lau Cleaning services abide by the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) and follow the procedures necessary to verify that employees are authorized to work in the U.S. All employees are required to fill out an I-9 form, a Kunevich & Lau cleaning employee firm, and provide necessary employment eligibility documentation, before working for Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Services.

Is there anything Kunevich & Lau Cleaning services won’t do while cleaning my home or office?

Our team members strictly follow our 50 Point Checklist, unless additional services are requested prior to cleaning. Our team members also will not lift or move objects over 35 lbs, and will not use ladders due to liability reasons. 

How do I know my keys are protected if I provide you with a set?

All keys are kept in a secured and locked key management system, which only Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Service managers have access to. Keys are signed out by a team leader the day of your cleaning and signed back in at the end of the day. The entire key management system is reviewed by the manager at the end of the day for additional security. If for any reason we lose your keys we will pay for key replacement and a re-keying of your lock. 

Who will clean my home?

Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Service and their team members forms relationships with all our clients and typically the same team member will be cleaning your home each time. This helps for familiarity of cleaning preferences which translates to a higher level of cleaning for you. 

Do you have any satisfaction guarantees?

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact the K&L cleaning service office and within 24 hours of your service and we will clean your home again free of charge. 

Do you offer any additional cleaning services other than your 50 point Checklist system?

Kunevich & Lau Cleaning service, offers an extensive list of additional cleaning services that can be customized to your preferences. Please contact any of our offices for more specific information regarding these services. 

Do you use my cleaning products or your own?

Every Kunevich & Lau Cleaning services team comes to your home or office with only the highest quality cleaning products that are all environmentally safe. If you would like to request to use your own cleaning products, please let your Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Service representative know prior to your cleaning. Disclaimer: Kunevich & Lau will not be responsible for any damages that are a result of cleaning products not provided or approved by Kunevich & Lau Cleaning Service. 

How much is a cleaning?

Our cleaning services are based on size of the home, its current condition, as well as the frequency which we will be cleaning your home. Please contact one of our representatives to have them explain our cleaning process, and help give you a free estimate over the phone. 

Are all your cleaners trained?

All Kunevich & Lau Cleaning service team members are trained before they clean any of our client’s homes. Training involves learning about the products we use as well as learning about the most efficient and effective ways to properly clean you home to make sure you are getting the highest quality clean possible. At the end of every clean our team members have a complete checklist that they complete to make sure every task has been done. Please also fill out the feedback card left at the end of each cleaning. 

How do I pay?

Kunevich & Lau Cleaning service will accept Cash, credit or check for our services. Typically payments need to be made at the end of each cleaning.

We provide formal receipts for tax purposes. If our clients are on a reoccurring cleaning schedule, we can setup an automatic billing plan for them, allowing for flexibility and ease for you the customer.
